**Return and Exchange Policy for Cute Little Crumbsnatchers Handmades**

I am committed to providing my customers with high-quality handmade crochet toys. My return and exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while also maintaining the integrity of my custom creations.

**General Return and Exchange Policy:**

1. **Returns and Exchanges:** I accept returns and exchanges for non-customized items within 3 days of the delivery date. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. **Eligibility:** To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

3. **Refunds:** Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. **Exchanges:** If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me to initiate the exchange process. I will hold the item that you want for 5 days to wait for the exchanged item. Once I receive the returned item and inspect it, I will send you the replacement item as soon as possible. If it's not recieved within 5 days, the product will be released for sale and the exchange cancelled. 

5. **Shipping Costs:** Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged or defective. In such cases, I will cover the return shipping costs.

**Custom Orders:**

Custom orders are made specifically to your unique preferences, and therefore, I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items. I take great care to ensure that all details of your custom order are discussed and agreed upon before production begins. This policy applies to all custom orders, and no exceptions will be made.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

**Cancellation Policy:**

For custom orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the production process has begun, I cannot accept cancellations.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact me with your order number and details of the return or exchange request.

2. Wait for our response and further instructions on how to proceed.
